1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ak44r ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ak44r website, mobile-browser interface, games, sports betting markets, promotions and all related services (collectively "the Services"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, understood their contents, and agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

ak44r reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Platform will endeavour to notify registered users by way of a notice posted on the website or delivered to the registered mobile number on file. Your continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the ak44r platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ak44r does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or account suspension imposed by ak44r or any other gambling operator. Attempting to open a new account while a self-exclusion is active is a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your account and must keep that information current and up to date at all times. Providing false identity information is a serious breach and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

ak44r reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point in the account lifecycle. Where verification cannot be completed to the satisfaction of the Platform, access to funds and the ability to place further bets may be suspended pending resolution.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ak44r platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created in error, you must notify ak44r support immediately.

Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must change your password immediately and notify ak44r support without delay.
• You must use a strong password that is unique to your ak44r account and is not reused from any other service. A strong password should include a combination of upper and lower case letters, numerals and special characters.
• You must log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device. ak44r's session timeout feature will log you out automatically after a period of inactivity, but manual log-out is always the safer practice.

Account Verification (KYC)

ak44r applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. Verification may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, on first withdrawal, or at any point where the Platform reasonably requires confirmation of a player's identity or age. Acceptable verification documents include government-issued national identity cards (NID), passports, and driver's licences. Additional documentation may be requested at the Platform's discretion.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is successfully completed. ak44r will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a KYC-related account suspension where that suspension arises from the player's failure to provide the required documents.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ak44r platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ak44r does not apply a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. Processing times and minimum transaction amounts are subject to the policies of the relevant payment service provider. The Platform reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account is held by a person other than the registered player — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
• Deposits are subject to a minimum amount as displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change. The cashier will display the current minimums at the time you initiate a transaction.
• ak44r reserves the right to refuse, reverse or refund any deposit where there is reasonable grounds to suspect the transaction is connected to fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.
• Funds deposited into your ak44r account are held for the purpose of gameplay only. Deposited funds that have not been staked at least once may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ak44r account holder. ak44r will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically processed on the same calendar day. ak44r does not guarantee same-day processing where delays arise from the payment provider's own processing schedule.
• Where KYC verification has not been completed, withdrawal requests may be held pending the successful submission and review of the required documentation.
• ak44r reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests. This may include requests for source of funds documentation. These checks are conducted in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ak44r offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. The following general bonus conditions apply across all ak44r promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player may not claim the same welcome bonus more than once across single or multiple accounts. Duplicate bonus claims will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the validity period stated on the promotion page will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated free spins are forfeited without compensation.
• ak44r reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to a player's account, the bonus amount will be removed and any bets placed using that bonus will be settled at zero.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories or sports betting markets specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in the wagering contribution being disregarded for the purpose of meeting the rollover requirement.

Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to any third party. Any attempt to transfer a bonus is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the ak44r platform, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to that game or betting market. Game rules are accessible from within each game's interface. Betting market rules for sports events are displayed in the relevant market listing. The following general principles apply across all games and betting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled or reversed after confirmation except where a game or market is voided by ak44r due to a technical error, data feed failure or a force majeure event.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. The platform does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP figures are as published by the relevant game studio and are subject to variance over individual play sessions.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market listing and are subject to change at the Platform's discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. ak44r reserves the right to void any bets placed during or immediately following a technical error and to close the accounts of players found to have exploited such errors.

In-play betting markets on cricket and other sports are updated in real time based on data feeds from third-party providers. ak44r will not be liable for losses arising from data feed delays that result in a market being settled at odds that do not reflect the true match state at the time the bet was placed, provided the Platform took reasonable steps to suspend markets during identified delay periods.

7. Responsible Gaming

ak44r is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered account holders on request and include:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been logged in and active for a specified period.
• Time-out periods: players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out period, the account cannot be used to place bets or make deposits.
• Self-exclusion: players who feel that gambling has become a problem may request permanent self-exclusion. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. ak44r will use reasonable endeavours to enforce the exclusion across all services accessible under the excluded player's registered details.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

ak44r reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause to do so. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following circumstances may lead to account action:

• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete identity information at registration or during a KYC verification process.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that the Platform considers to be an attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to place bets or interact with games on the platform.
• Abusive, threatening or offensive conduct directed at ak44r staff or other players, whether communicated via the support channel or any other medium.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for reasons unrelated to a breach, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC checks.

9. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the ak44r platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and all other materials, is the property of ak44r or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the platform without the prior written consent of ak44r. Scraping, data mining or any automated extraction of content from the platform is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ak44r and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. Without limiting the foregoing, ak44r specifically excludes liability for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, mobile network outages, device malfunctions or other technical issues beyond the Platform's reasonable control that result in a bet being placed at unintended odds or a game session being interrupted.
• Financial losses that result from a player's own gambling decisions, including decisions to continue playing after a session of losses or to place bets above the player's own stated financial limits.
• Any loss or damage arising from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to the player's account by a third party.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability the exclusion of which is not permitted by law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

ak44r collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the platform. The manner in which personal data is collected, used, stored and protected is set out in the ak44r Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted between your device and the ak44r platform is protected by SSL encryption. ak44r does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data is retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ak44r reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page. Where a material amendment is made, ak44r will endeavour to notify registered players by way of a platform notice or a message to the registered mobile number on file. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ak44r platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance via the support channel.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated. Players who believe they have a valid dispute arising from their use of the ak44r platform are encouraged to contact the ak44r support team in the first instance, providing full details of the complaint.

ak44r will endeavour to resolve all player complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal support process, the player may seek recourse through the appropriate legal channels available in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits a player's statutory rights where those rights cannot be excluded or limited by agreement under applicable law.
